He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Katherine; and his nephew Frederick Kovach. He is survived by: his siblings, Kendra Lee (Peter), Marian Jones, Ellen Solly (late Thomas) and Hugh Jones; his nieces and nephews, Joseph Kovach (Beckie), Thomas Lee (Nacole) and Allison Lee; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Frederick Covel, Isabella Lee, Joseph Kovach Jr. and Violet Lee.
