He is survived by: his children, Gordon Johnson (Cheryl), Roger Johnson (Denise) and Deborah Fasick (Dawn); his grandchildren, Dan Lewis, Tracy Douglas, Lisa Johnson, Nicole Johnson, Michelle Whittenburg, Jeremiah Whittenburg, Jacob Whittenburg, Joshua Whittenburg, William Schultz, Neil Schultz and Ryan Schultz; and his siblings, Eleanor Caraffi and Gene Ola (Thelma).
