He was predeceased by: his grandson Jacob Freed; his brother Mark Cogar; and his parents, Emogene C. Cogar and Ronald D. Cogar. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Brandy Freed (Troy), Victor Cogar and Desiree Cogar; his grandchildren, Lee Miller, Brandon Freed and Issael Maldonado, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kai Miller and Jaxon Freed; and his siblings, Kelly Cogar and Bonnie Titchenell.
