He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret J.; his children, Jeanmarie Gulcin (Robert), Joseph T. Lohn (Marie) and Thomas M. Lohn; his grandchildren, Kara Waken (James), Rebecca Hopp (Cody), Bryan Gulcin (Amanda) and Jason Lohn (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Waken and Beau Hopp; and his siblings, Jane Hovanic, Adelaide Koran and John Lohn.
