She is survived by: her children, Emmett O'Flanagan (Danielle), Pace O'Flanagan and Delett O'Flanagan; her siblings, Jerry O'Flanagan (Mary), Jolynn Isaac (Paul), Cindy Grace and Mary Misner; and her cousins, Guy and Tony. She is also survived by brothers, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. Ripepi & Sons Funeral Home (18149 Bagley Rd, Cleveland, OH 44130). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
