She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Jerry; her children, Eric Cook (Diane), Lynn Bender (Steve) and David Cook (Heidi); her grandchildren, Dr. Courtney Barnhart (Mark), Kyle Cook (Claire), Kimberly Cook, Hope, Faith Bender, Emily, Andy, Tobias, Elijah and Jason Cook; and her siblings, Kim Carpenter (Stella), DeAnna Carpenter, Peggy Bartels (Robert) and Curtis Carpenter (Laura). She was also cherished by siblings, friends and family.
