He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Waters and Sophie (Zdrojewski); his siblings, Patricia Doubrava (late Leonard) and Ronald (late Cecelia); and his son David.

He is survived by: his wife Betty (Anders); his sons, Raymond (Lisa) and Larry (Susie); his grandchildren, Daniel (Melissa), Christa Russell (David), Raymond and Conor (Tegan); his great grandchildren, Noah, Isaiah, Grace and Cameron; and his brother Robert (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
