He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stepanik and Mary Kathryn Stepanik (Anthony); his wife Theresa Helen Kozel Stepanik; and his siblings, Frank Stepanik, Jr., Joseph Stepanik, Steve Stepanik, Ann David, Mary Pennington, Frances Hanzes and Helen Stepanik.
He is survived by: his children, Michael T. Stepanik (Gwyneth Evans Stepanik) of Strongsville and Teri Ann Stepanik Lacy (John Lacy) of Warren, Ohio; his grandchildren, Lindsey Stepanik (Christopher Obbish), Kyle Stepanik, Stephanie Kaminsky (James), Brett Stepanik, Jamie Wooden and Kathryn Lacy; his great grandchildren, Christopher Stepanik, Ellie Stepanik, Grant Kaminsky, Lainey Kaminsky, Frankie Kaminskyq and Cashton Lacy; his brother Andrew Stepanik of Uniontown, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Irene Fitzpatrick of California and Margaret Gursky (Steve) of New York. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
