He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Konecny and Albina Konecny; and his former wife Francine. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Joseph Konecny (Stephanie), Robert Konecny (Anne), Michelle Konecny (Wendy), David Konecny (Jennifer), Sarah Schetz (Michael), Michael Konecny (Tory) and Amanda Westgate (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Alex Trace (Kortney), Rachel Gillis (Chris), Danny Konecny, Aria Westgate, Adam, Britney, Natalie Schetz, Michael and Betsy Konecny; his sisters, Mary Ann Malloy (Bob) and Deborah Leposa (Steve); his stepdaughters, Laura and Anne Wimberly; and his grandchildren, Javier, Anita and Shawn. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
