He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce A.; and his parents, Joseph and Theresa. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly J. Wasielewski (David L.) and Joseph S. (Katica); and his grandchildren, David W., Dana J. Wasielewski and Justin J. Cebula (Ashley).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
