He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chester and Barbara Mae Hootman. He is survived by: his children, Jamie A Hootman of Avon Lake and John W Hootman of Grafton; his granddaughter Victoria Wick; and his sisters, Judy Tunnell (Mark) of Ashburn, VA, Jill Hootman of Clarksville, TN and Jennifer Hootman Graham of Clarksville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
