She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Jean Matolyak; and her uncle John. She is survived by: her father Robert Matolyak; her children, Nicholas W. Kay and Kristen N. Kay; her brother David Matolyak (Anne); her nieces and nephews, Courtney and Lindsay Matolyak; her aunt Judie Garbinksi (Fred); her cousins, Gary Garbinski (Christy) and Jodi Liptak (Rick); her uncle Bill Matolyak of San Jose, CA; her aunts, Virginia Taylor (Lou) of Bridgeton, NJ and Mary Ann Matolyak of Harrisburg, PA.; and also, Connor, Tyler Liptak and Helen Matolyak of Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family may consider a donation to Jeanne's children or to the Kemper House 10890 Prospect Rd, Strongsville, OH 44149 where Jeanne's mother was recently cared for.
