She was predeceased by: her father Willard Johnson; her brother Gary Garner (Robin Dodge); her cousin Bonnie; and her husband John Veldhuizen, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, John C. Veldhuizen, Jr., James Veldhuizen and Jeff Veldhuizen (Martha); her granddaughters, Clara and Sarah Veldhuizen; her siblings, Tom Johnson (Marilyn) of Arizona and Shirley Smith (Charles); her nieces and nephews, Kim and Kelly; and her friends, Renata Davido and Tony Evans (Peggy) of New Hampshire. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
