He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edgar and Mary Agnes Sammon; and his brother Thomas Edgar Sammon, Jr.. He is survived by: his pets, Cotton and Penny; his close friend Michael Stringer; his wife Phyliss; his stepdaughter Michele Lee Nicholas; his grandchildren, Amanda Adair (Michael), Megan Merlo (Brian), Ramona Adair (Jose), Erin Sammon, Hannah Bradshaw, George Sammon III, David Sammon, Ryan Davis (Marissa), Evan Bradshaw and Parker Nicholas; and his sisters, Maryann S. Picard (late Bill) and Jane M. Johnstone (Gregg). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
