She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Koons and Mildred Koons. She is survived by: her uncle Dick Gruber; her children, Eric Little (Connie), Alice Ruf (David) and Stephanie Arntz (Matt); her grandchildren, Whitney (Mike), David II, Christian, Catherine, Abby and Sophia; and her great grandchild Winnie.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Kemper House in Strongsville, Ohio in honor of the care and compassion provided to Gail.
