He was predeceased by: his parent Berea. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cloudt; his children, Darcy, Michele Hughes (Dave) and Daryl (Kiley); his grandchildren, Kendall Reeves (James), Bennett Hughes (Brooke), Clayton Hughes, Merrick Lange and Lawson Lange; and his pets, Chase, Fuji and Meiko.
His contributions to the company were marked by diligence and forward planning, and he implemented similar strategies in his personal life as well.
