It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol J. Juhasz (Berea, Ohio), who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John "Jack"; her daughter Wendi Evanoff (Dean Kocan); her grandchildren, Abbie Marialke and Grace Evanoff (Nicholas Stephens); her siblings, John "Jack" F. Applegate and Sharon Gilchrist; her nephew Brian Applegate; and also Winter Applegate.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or Interstitial Cystitis Association.
