He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Amidon. He is survived by: his mother Carol R. Amidon (Lewis) of Butler; his wife Laura J. Amidon (Dowdy) of Berea, OH; his children, Amy L. Amidon of Erie, Sarah E. Amidon of Millcreek and Christopher J. Amidon of Bradford; his stepchildren, Melissa M. Platz-Sinclair and Justin M. Platz (Rebecca Cook) of Erie; his grandchildren, Karen Harris, Oryana Thompson, Mia Fuller, Halle Fuller, Harper Sinclair and Aubree Sinclair; and his uncle Allen A. Amidon of Girard.
