She was predeceased by: her spouse William Kay; and her sibling Donald Stanislav. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Kay (Sharon), Jennifer Dooley (Michael), Todd Kay (Vikki) and Mark Kay (late Lisa); her siblings, Charles Stanislav and Teresa Stepic; and also John B. Vogel.
