Powell (Benton Ridge, Ohio), born in McComb, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Powell and Elnora Powell (Meyer). He is survived by: his wife Diana Watkins; his children, Dana Powell of Findlay, Kim Welch (Mark) of Rawson and Terri Powell of Findlay; his brother Chuck Powell (Martha) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Sydney, Danielle, Sammy Powell, Jacob Miller (Drew) and Cheyenne Welch; and his great grandchildren, Zayden and Waylon.
