It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cody Schoonover of Benton Ridge, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leon, Connie McDowell and Gene Schoonover. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Schoonover and Gail Schoonover (McDowell); his son Lincoln; his brothers, Tony Schoonover (Kelly) of Bowling Green and Jonathan Schoonover (Kimberly) of Bowling Green; his nephews, Owen and Baker; his niece Lydia; his grandmother Mary Lou Schoonover; and his aunts and uncles, Sherri Brannan (Scott), Kevin McDowell (Bonnie), Kevin Schoonover (Anita), Michael Schoonover (Teri) and Kathy Schoonover.

Memorial contributions may be gifted in Cody's honor to Hancock County Veterans Assistance Center, Liberty Benton Athletic Boosters or to the family c/o Hanneman Funeral Home. Donations can also be made through the funeral home website http://www.hannemanfuneralhomes.com.
