She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Bragg and Gene Bragg. She is survived by: her spouse Terry Best; her daughter Staci Hill (John); her grandsons, Matthew (Lauren) and Derek Hill; and her great grandchild Lily LaRue Hill.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
