With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Eugene Higgs (Belpre, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Peter, John, Gregory, David and Danny Higgs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Asaro, Crystal Higgs and Kayla Higgs; his grandchildren, Ethan, Isabella, Hunter, Liam, David and Cordelia; his great grandchild Kolt; his mother Judith Higgs; and his siblings, Michael (Pam Higgs), Carol Morgan, Paul (Gail Higgs), Mary (David Pabst), Matthew (Linda Higgs), Stephen (Darbie), James (Marta Higgs), Rev. Donald Higgs and Ann (Michael Pifer). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and, nephews.
