He was predeceased by: his parents, Nuel Anthony and Monna Jean Vincent Morse; and his brother Kevin E. Anthony. He is survived by: his girlfriend Polly Rhoades of Belpre, OH; his sister Carla McEldowney (Harry) of Williamstown, WV; his nephew Dustin Ashley (Tara) of Parkersburg; and his great-nephew Brock Ashley.
