He was predeceased by: his father David Robert Lewis; and his brother Stephen Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Linda Leora Landaker Lewis of Belpre; his daughter Bridget Lewis of Clarksburg, WV; his grandson Lincoln Michael Myers; his sister Jodi Dearien of Parkersburg; his stepson Aaron Lance; and his sister-in-law Tamra Lewis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714).
