He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Hall and Joan Cunningham Hall. He is survived by: his son Jarrod J. Hall of Belpre; his siblings, Flora Fann of Nashville, TN, Jim and Steve Hall of Belpre, Ohio.; his grandsons, Braden, Harold Hall and Leslie Hall of Belpre; and his friend Johnny Mulligan of Belpre. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
