It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Oliver Pyles of Belpre, Ohio, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Raymond Oliver Pyles to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond N. Pyles and Margaret Pyles (Prickett); his brother Walter; his niece Dee Kossoff; and his sister-in-law Norma Null.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Norita Pyles (Hibbitts); his siblings, Carl Pyles (Sandra) of Newark, OH and Debra Coleman (Jerry) of Huntington, WV; his sister-in-law Bettie Pyles; his niece Jessica Strimel (Deborah Cain); and his great-nieces, Sophie Kossoff and Ava Strimel.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church.
