He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Fuller and Ethel L. Fuller; his granddaughter Hannah Shuman; and his stepson Todd Dilliner. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Fuller; his children, David M. Fuller (Tina) of Belpre and Marlo R. Fuller of Marietta; his grandchildren, Samantha Jo Vanderlic (Cody) of Marietta, Steven Shuman of Marietta and Steven Fuller of Belpre, OH; his great grandchildren, Izzy, Olivia, Spencer, Kiah and Harrison; his stepdaughter-in-law Joann; and the mother of his children Sandra Jones Fuller of Belpre.
Donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
