She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Dale Watson Sr. and Mignon Cox Watson; her husband David Harold Hanson; her son Jerry Hanson; her grandsons, Jason and Jesse Drain; her siblings, Harry "Buddy", Everett Jr., Alvie Watson, Maxine Liggett and Lucille Skinner; and her stepsister Charlotte Dayton.
She is survived by: her children, John R. Hanson of Statesville, NC and Tamara Drain of Belpre; and her grandchildren, Jalyne Hanson, Jenna Pierce and Zach Hanson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
