He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis and Evelyn Taylor Barr; his former wife Vaneta Barr; his wife Jeri Barr; and his grandsons, Brandon and Bradley.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck (Delta Dawn Barr) and Missy McClain (Justin Pinkerton); his stepdaughters, Denise Ramsey (Erica Sheppard) and Jeanine; his grandchildren, Zack, Vaneta, Cameron, Brett (Leanne), Tyler (Kylie), Drew (Jackie), Jeremy (Ashley), Brayden and Connor; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Jaiden, Khloe, Kinsley, Joey, Addy, Noah and Carson; and his sister Marlene. He is also survived by adopted son and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (2817 5th St, Coolville, OH 45723). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
