She was predeceased by: her parent Clayton Adkins; her sister Linda Rice; and also, Clayton Adkins and Clinton Adkins. She is survived by: her parent Vinie G. Miller Adkins; her daughters, Barbara Ann Carperter (David) of Little Hocking and Sueann M. Jordan (James) of Parkersburg; and her sisters, Shirley Kimble of North Carolina and Gladys Rackin of Louisiana. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
