Kolinski (David) of Hilliard, OH. and Dawn Marie Wells (Ryan) of Byron Center, MI.; his grandchildren, Angela Martin (Brad), Matthew Meier (Amanda), Samantha White (Donny), Jarek Kolinski and Olivia Wells; and his sister Shirley Rank of Deltona, FL.. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
