He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ann Gowen (Lockner); his mother Lillian Fox; his children, Shane Gowen (Sheree), Kevin Gowen (Janna), Kim Salmen (Paul), Virginia Parks and John Richmond; his sisters, Jean and Shirley; his son Jeff; and his brothers, Tom Gowen and Charles Gowen.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home and Cremation (126 W Vermont Ave, Sebring, OH 44672). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
