She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ware and Ellen Ware; her husband Bruce E. Slagle; her sister Patricia; and her brothers-in-law, Rick and Gene.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Don), David (Amy), Donald, Michael (Eva) and Lynette (Kyle); her grandchildren, Andrea, Julianna, Alexis, Emma, Nicole, Dana, Joshua, Jonathon and Taylor; her sisters, Marilyn (Jim) and Martha (Bob); her sister-in-law Barb; her nephew Jason; and her great grandchild Maylee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
