She is survived by: her brother Frank L. McIntosh II; and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Wilson (Meghan), John McIntosh (Jessica), Lisa Luli (Josh), Erica Neiheisel (Eric), Emily Leitza (Tyler) and Abby Burd (Aaron).
