He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rice and Ethel Rice (Benner); and his grandsons, Bryan Sanor and David Altman. He is survived by: his wife Karen Rice; his children, David Rice (Barbara), Teri Sanor (Steve), Debra Borton (Paul), Kathy Pahanish (Jim) and Mark Rice (Vicki); his stepchildren, Michael Stock (Jennifer), Jonathan Stock (Jacqueline) and Melinda Bailey (Jerrid); and his siblings, Paul Rice (Mary) and Donna Brubaker. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
