He was predeceased by: his birth parents, Harry and Julia Kurtz (Horvath); his foster parents, Gail McGowan and Eileen McGowan; his daughter Beverly Armitage; and his brother Robert Kurtz.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kurtz (Criss); his children, Marsha Stillion (Frank) and Frank Kurtz Jr.; his grandchildren, Holly DeVore (Joshua), Christopher Stillion (Jessica) and Tyler Stillion (Andrea); and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Stillion, Joshua DeVore, Caelyn Stillion, Jayson Symoni, Joshua Stillion, Dominic Symoni and Alainah Stillion.
