He is survived by: his wife Carmen Hinojosa; his daughters, Melissa Noriega, Michelle Wensink (Brent) and Christina Urivez (Timothy); his grandchildren, Mia, Javin, Jasmyn, Savannah, Santiago and Jax; and his siblings, Arnulfo "Arnie" Noriega, Armando Noriega (Maria), Reynaldo "Rey" Noriega, Raul Noriega and Olga Escobedo (Eduviges).
