He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Patton and Marie L. Dickinson Patton. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte L. Patton; and his children, Heath Patton (Leann) of Belmont, Heather Santini (Joe) of St. Clairsville and David Patton (Kathy) of St. Clairsville. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
