She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Kaczor and Jozefa Zera Kaczor; her husband James York Foy; and her siblings, Jacqueline Kacere, Lucia Kirkpatrick, Virginia Erwin, Joseph and John Kaczor.
She is survived by: her son John Foy (Elena) of South Vienna, Ohio; her granddaughter Joni Beth Foy of Bethesda; her sister Johanna Behl of St. Clairsville; and her nephew James Behl.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the World War II Museum in Washington, D.C.
