He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Cecil (Buzzy) and Ellen M Lynn Cecil; his grandparents, Russell, Effie Lynn, Arthur and Grace Cecil; his close friend Doodle; his brother Kevin Cecil; his brother-in-law Donald Rogers; his siblings, Brad Cecil of Belmont and Vicki Rogers of Cadiz; his uncle Clyde Lynn; and his nieces and nephews, D. Craig Rogers, Katelyn Coffman (Ryan) of Cadiz, Christopher and Lisl Rogers of Tucson, AZ..
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Morristown Christian Church (201 Church St, Morristown, OH 43759).
