She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Emma Bell Anderson (Gregory); her husband Jacob Benjamin Winland; her siblings, Robert Anderson Jr., Kenneth Anderson and Debra Bunfill; and her brothers-in-law, Earl Ankrom and Donnie Bunfill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Brown (Dennis) and Bobbi Carpenter (Rodney); her granddaughter Chelsea Carpenter; and her siblings, Sandy Ankrom, Sheila Tinnel (Danny), Donna Bunfill, Dennis Anderson and Keith Anderson (Vickie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society.
