He was predeceased by: his father William Ronald Zavodsky. He is survived by: his mother Marilynn Anne Zavodsky (Sweatt) of Cambridge; his wife Donna Jean Giesey of Belmont; his daughter Christina Ranae Zavodsky of Zanesville; his stepchildren, Ashley Wiles, Kayla Perkins, Carl Perkins and Harley Perkins; and his siblings, Donna Jean Glennie and Steven Ronald Zavodsky. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
