With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Cecil of Belmont, Ohio, who passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Mae Cecil of Belmont, Ohio. and Buzzy Cecil; his grandparents, Russell, Effie Lynn, Arthur and Grace Cecil; and his brother-in-law Donald Rogers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Randy, Brad Cecil of Belmont, Randal Cecil of Belmont and Vicki Rogers of Cadiz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
