She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Billingsley Sr. and Anna Mae Habig Billingsley; her sisters, Rebecca McAninch and Patricia Smith; her nephews, Adam McAninch and Daniel Winland; and her niece Sarah Billingsley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Diana Alltop, Tammy VanFossen, Mary Sable, Amy Winland, Russell Jr., Clyde, Bruce Ron, Dave and Robert Billingsley.
