He was predeceased by: his parents, Chet McCloud and Helen Angus McCloud; his son Scott McCloud; and his brother Donald McCloud. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Piper McCloud of Belmont; his children, James L. McCloud (Sherri) of Bethesda, OH and Tanya Walter (Scott) of Bethesda, OH; and his siblings, Shirley Norman (Les) of Bethesda, Darlene Sams, Nancy McConnell of Bellaire and Gary McCloud (Connie) of Lewisville, OH. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
