He is survived by: his wife Betty Thatcher (Fulton); his son Ryan "Scott" Thatcher; and his siblings, Nancy Whitlatch (Mike), Donna Smith (Dan), Vickie Westfall (Russell), Michael Thatcher (Jackie), Rick Thatcher (Judy) and Jimmy Thatcher.
