He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings Arden Kyer and Inis Rigsby Kyer; and his siblings, Yvonne Brooks, Karen Kyer, Jennings "Jack" Kyer and Marlin Kyer.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Marie "Beth" Kennedy Kyer; his siblings, Jerry Kyer (Sara), Dale Kyer, Roger Kyer and Betty Runion (Gary); his brothers-in-law, Bob Kennedy (Cathy) and Bill Kennedy; and his pet Stitch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice.
