He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis "Buss" and Wanda Ruth Johnson Harper; and his brothers, Ronnie, Charles and Donald Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Billie J. Kirkland Harper of Belmont; his children, Dean Lee Harper (Christen) of Bethesda, OH., Andrea McCloud of Belmont, Adreanna Harper of Belmont and Aiden Harper of Belmont; and his pets, Ava, Shelby, Elsa, CoCo, Zoey and Diesel. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews.
