He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Perkins (Ice); his children, Harley Perkins, Carl Perkins, Ashley Wiles (Andrew) and Kayla Perkins; his grandchildren, Aryanna Patterson, Hayden Perkins, Clayton, Colton Wiles, Kashton and Riverlynn Perkins; and his brothers, Kenneth Perkins (Jennifer), Donald Perkins (Jennifer) and Mike Perkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (322 N Main St, Bethesda, OH 43719). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Cemetery ~ Morristown.
